Sponsor check-in time starts at 7am. Sponsor set up is from 7am – 8:30am. The tournament begins at 9am sharp (shotgun start)! Check in for Sponsors will be at the Tent labeled “SPONSOR CHECK IN” at the Pavilion located next to the main Clubhouse.

Please be aware you will be driving in your vehicle directly to your assigned location using the golf cart paths. ACRP volunteers will be directing you in the morning as well and will highlight the way to go to get to your hole. We provide a hole sponsor sign. As a reminder, we DO NOT provide tables and chairs. You are welcome to bring a table, tablecloth, chairs and/or a canopy tent and supplies such as tape or decorations.

PLEASE send us the names and cell phone numbers of the people who are staffing your hole. Please note that staffed holes are limited to two people. Additional people can be added for an additional $75.00 to cover ACRP’s expenses. Please email me by clicking here.

Hole Assignments and a course map will be distributed a week out from the event.

In the event your company has a team and a hole sponsorship, our default is to put you all on the same course. Let us know ASAP if you want to change it up and have your sponsored hole and your team on opposite courses.

PLEASE bring your hole sponsor sign in and give it to someone on the golf committee. There is usually a stack in the front of the party room.

If you are providing alcohol at your sponsor hole, you need to contact the Blackhorse Golf Club, Food and Beverage Manager, Erin Roper at 832-220-5212 direct or eroper@blackhorsegolfclub.com to purchase through the club per TABC policy. This needs to happen quickly if you haven’t already coordinated alcohol for your hole.

Carts will not be provided but shuttling to and from will be available. Additionally, if a hole location is not in walking distance, everyone is encouraged to drive their cars to their location using the golf cart path. It is highly encouraged to set up your staffed sponsorship location first thing. If you need to be shuttled somewhere just text

Golfiesta is next week! We are all really excited to have you join us for this year’s golf outing. Should you need something during the course of the day, including restroom breaks, please send Text/Messages to: Kolby Davidson, Sponsor & Volunteer Coordinator (281) 796-4508. You are encouraged to handout goodies, snacks and/or promotional branded gear.

You will need to bring your own tables and tents. Tables and chairs are not being provided by ACRP. It is anticipated that golfers will finish up +/- 2:00pm. When the final golfers have gone through your hole, please pack up and join us for the after party – music, late lunch (linner), refreshments will be provided.

Call Blackhorse at 281-304-1747 to ask on whether the tournament is a “go” or not. We will also send out an email blast as soon as we know.

There will be Competition for the best decorated/themed hole and a competition for the best food at the Sponsorship Hole Locations.

The BEST Sponsor locations will earn prizes and bragging rights!  We encourage you and your staff to participate in the theme of… GOLFIESTA! Meaning… sombreros, ponchos, fiesta flare, fiesta beverages, etc… all are welcome!
